Job summary

Circle K is seeking a store leadership professional in Cranberry Township to oversee daily operations, supervise a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will recruit, train, and mentor employees, manage scheduling, and uphold Circle K standards for store appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff emphasizing excellent customer service.
• Ensures store is clean, stocked, organized, and maintained per standards.
• Schedules employees per business needs and company guidelines.
• Promotes safe, professional image and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Trains employees on safety, cash handling, and company procedures.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and maintains store records and reports.
