• Recruits, hires and trains employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manages tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Schedules staff to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains professional conduct and supports district leadership.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer issues promptly.
• Trains team on safety procedures, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Ensures timely communication and regular team meetings.
• Oversees store files, reporting and merchandising accuracy.
• Analyzes daily sales and costs to maximize profits.
