Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and cash handling practices.
• Ability to use a computer to complete reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including training and scheduling to meet store needs.
• Promotes excellent customer service and resolves complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintains store image, cleanliness and adequate stock levels per Company standards.
• Oversees cash handling, reporting, and basic financial tasks; monitors inventory and shrink.
• Ensures safety compliance and trains employees on safety procedures.
