Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the activities of 2+ full-time employees including assistants and customer service representatives.
• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and maintain inventory control.
• Promote safety and maintain a professional store image within the community.
