Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train CSR/Lead CSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability and English communication.
• Food Server certificate or food safety cert may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the activities of 2 or more full‑time employees including Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and CSR(s).
• Recruit, hire and train staff ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and compliant with company standards.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Manage training on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback in Workday.
• Communicate updates and hold regular meetings with store staff and District Manager.
• Evaluate and implement action plans to reach store objectives; maintain files and reports.
