Job summary

Circle K in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a team of 2+ full-time employees, recruit and train new staff, and ensure the store is clean, well-stocked and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills to complete reports, inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees including Assistant Manager(s) and Customer Service Representatives.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops, assigns and monitors tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Schedules employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer issues promptly.
• Maintains regular onsite attendance and adheres to safety procedures.
