Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Leads store operations to meet company standards and drive sales and profit.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; lead loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
