Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage a store in PA, driving performance through empowering your team and delivering outstanding service. You will lead by example, focusing on customer satisfaction and local market opportunities.

You will guide KPIs and budget adherence while fostering creativity in merchandising and staff development. The role includes promoting piercing services and supporting cross-store collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years managing a successful retail store.
• Demonstrate customer focus – delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team.
• Confident leader who inspires the team and leads by example.
• Passion, drive and resilience with a can-do approach.
• Creative approach to support the store and develop the team.
• Ability to communicate openly and effectively.
• Solution driven with ownership and taking responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of the store by managing and developing your team, delivering excellent customer experience.
• Generate profit by exceeding KPIs, manage P&L and controllable costs in line with budget.
• Keep the team motivated and knowledgeable to achieve excellence.
• Maximise sales through Visual Merchandising and high standards of presentation.
• Promote and deliver piercing services to customers with your team.
• Be flexible in supporting other stores and colleagues to reach common goals.
• Foster an inclusive environment that values equality and kindness.
