• 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations with focus on customer service and seamless operations.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays align with Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll operations.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and OMNI Channel operations.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect store assets.
