Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve store objectives and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
