Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed in your role and grow professionally within our organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
