Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

It's up to you to make your store a success. We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure consistency in service and quality.
• Oversee store leadership training program and participate in ongoing development initiatives.
