Qualifications

• Certificates & Licenses: Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Managers and CSR/LSR roles.
• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedules, mentors and evaluates staff to maintain store image and operations.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee safety, cash handling and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with team through regular meetings and updates.
