Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR, LSR and SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR, LSR and SA job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees including assistants and CSR/LSR staff.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
• Schedules employees according to Company guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Develops positive relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Prepares performance appraisals in Workday and conducts regular check-ins.
• Trains employees on safety procedures and cash handling; promotes safety awareness.
