Job summary

Miniso Sparks seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates. You will ensure outstanding customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and execute strategies to hit sales and productivity targets.

You will help promote the Miniso membership program, coach trainees, manage inventory and scheduling, and assist in recruiting and training new staff while upholding company policies.
