Job summary

Miniso in Colorado is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, optimize inventory, manage labor, and promote the membership program while representing Miniso's values.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, mentor staff, recruit and train talent, supervise cash handling, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Travel between locations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team reporting to Area/District Manager.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in every aspect of your role.
• Ensure seamless store execution and drive sales performance.
• Promote and grow the store's membership program to build loyalty and sales.
• Oversee all store operations and staff development.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and giving feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent, fostering internal growth.
• Maintain store standards, profitability and expense control.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to SOPs; ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate scheduling and keep the store clean and organized.
• Drive an inviting store environment with strong visual displays.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and HR on employee relations.
