You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and store budgets, collaborating with marketing and local community initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for outstanding service.
• Analytical ability to analyze sales data and budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
