Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience in a convenience store or fuel environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Food Safety Manager Certification (state‑required) or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Proficiency with POS and back‑office systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure superior customer service.
• Maintain a visually appealing retail environment and ensure product knowledge across staff.
• Manage food and beverage handling procedures and certifications where required.
• Administer policies, monitor staff performance, and drive employee development.
• Control inventory effectively, handle receiving, stocking, and discrepancies.
• Operate daily software systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock) to track performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
