Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, food service, or related customer-facing environment.
Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Learn all aspects of store operations and participate in structured training for promotion to Store Manager.
Shadow senior leaders and learn company processes, systems, and policy standards.
Develop proficiency with S2K, EPOS, and time clock functions and participate in evaluations for progression.
