Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/LSR/SA duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR, LSR and SA functions.
• Ability to use a computer to generate reports, manage inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including assistants and CSR/LSR/SA.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain store image.
• Promote safety and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Manage supplier relationships and timely on-site attendance.
• Ensure store operates according to company standards.
