Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Staff recruitment, selection and retention; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counseling if needed.
• Make recommendations regarding pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Open and close the store reliably each day.
• Oversee inventory planning, ordering, and cycle counts.
• Present merchandise per company standards and pricing rules.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cashier controls.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and store safety.
• Ensure clean, organized, and secure store environment.
• Follow SOPs and complete all required paperwork.
