• Provides training; conducts performance evaluations; identifies gaps and counsels or terminates as needed.
• Makes recommendations on pay rates and advancement.

• Opens and closes the store as scheduled; maintains daily operational rhythms.
• Evaluates store performance, sales, profitability, and shrink; controls expenses.
• Oversees stock ordering and inventory management; reviews weekly plans and BSR/cycle counts.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and pricing are accurate; uses fixtures effectively.
• Maintains inventory accuracy; manages damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Maintains cashier accountability, cash controls, and security practices.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership; maintains a clean, safe store environment.
• Follows SOPs, employee handbook, and company communications; ensures compliance.
• Completes all required paperwork and documentation on time.
