Kohl's in Cranberry Township seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the entire store team, shaping customer experience, merchandising excellence and operational execution. You will drive sales, coach associates, and own KPIs for profitability and performance.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls and loss prevention while modeling Kohl’s values and delivering a compelling store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising 20+ associates with performance management and employment decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through leadership of the store team.
• Achieve payroll plan by managing schedules and labor costs based on sales and traffic.
• Recruit and hire, and make pay decisions for store personnel including management.
• Manage associate relations and performance management per company policies.
• Train new hires on Kohl’s culture, product knowledge and selling practices.
• Coach team and create development plans; support succession planning.
• Ensure inventory control, shipping/receiving, pricing and ticketing accuracy.
• Prevent loss through education, daily activity monitoring and Loss Prevention partnering.
• Maintain merchandising standards and effective product presentation.
