Job summary

Trek Store Lakeland is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, set the standard for outstanding customer experiences, and drive strong sales.

You’ll mentor the team, manage merchandising and inventory, oversee payroll and scheduling, and foster a fun, community-focused retail atmosphere. This role rewards leadership, customer care, and teamwork in a fast-paced bike shop.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: have led a team for at least one year.
• Retail experience: at least 2 years in retail.
• Strong operational skills including inventory, merchandising, payroll, scheduling.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Passion for bikes and helping others discover cycling.
• Adaptable and collaborative—comfortable with change.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales from the floor by delivering hospitality and leading by example.
• Lead training and bi-weekly leadership meetings.
• Maintain organized, shopper-friendly store with strong displays.
• Oversee inventory, supply management, and QuickBooks exports.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
