Job summary

Trek Store Westlake is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, set standards for customer experiences, and drive store performance in Westlake Village, CA. You’ll mentor and develop the team while ensuring the shop delivers exceptional service and community impact.

You will balance leadership with hands-on management, overseeing budgeting, staff development, and merchandising to create a best-in-class cycling retail experience.

Qualifications

• Retail fundamentals including KPIs, budgets and P&L.
• Led a team for at least one year.
• At least 2 years in the retail.
• Operational chops across inventory, merchandising, payroll, scheduling and customer service.
• Passionate about bikes and cycling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Clear, respectful communication with customers and team.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales from the floor with hospitality and top performers.
• Support financial goals through budgeting, reviews and coaching.
• Lead training and development across key areas.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and HR processes.
