Qualifications

• Led a team for at least one year.
• Spending at least 2 years in the retail world.
• Experienced with inventory, merchandising, payroll, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales from the floor with hospitality.
• Assist budgeting, financial reviews, and coaching.
• Lead trainings and bi-weekly leadership meetings.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and QuickBooks exports.
• Hire, onboard, schedule, and develop the team.
