Trek Store Walled Lake is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager and lead daily operations while delivering exceptional hospitality. You will learn business basics, train teammates, and contribute to budgeting and financial reviews to support a healthy shop.

You will drive the Trek sales process, mentor staff, manage merchandising standards, and use the POS system to monitor trends and performance, helping the community get more people on bikes each day.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Desire to change the world through bikes.
• Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Develop leadership skills to support daily store operations and train employees.
• Participate in weekly service meetings.
• Exemplify the Trek sales process while being among the top two sellers in store.
• Fulfill administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Delegate daily task List assignments including Lead List communication.
• Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual standards.
• Utilize POS system to monitor sales and analyze trends.
