Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for site operations.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Good computer skills for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image with employees and supervisors.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and site appearance.
• Build positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals in writing.
• Ensure training covers customer service, site image and marketing standards.
• Communicate effectively to keep staff informed in a timely manner.
• Organize files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Oversee merchandise display, pricing and stock levels.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines; manage margins.
• Safeguard and account for all money handled.
