Job summary

Family Dollar in Memphis is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will manage daily operations, train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster community relationships to boost profitability.

The role requires strong communication, retail management experience, and physical stamina for lifting and movement throughout shifts. This is a full-time on-site position in Memphis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
