Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage store assets and oversee all sales efforts.
• Mentor and develop Sales Associates and Managers in Training.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling and labor goals.
• Ensure security and prevent theft in collaboration with Asset Protection.
