Responsibilities

• Monitor store metrics, inventory and expenses to drive profit.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain store security and collaborate with Asset Protection.
• Communicate with District Sales Manager and implement policies and procedures.
• Lead merchandising, marketing plans and community engagement.
