Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager for our retail partner locations in Clearwater, Florida. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead a team, and drive revenue through effective management and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a proven retail sales background, strong leadership, and the ability to train and develop staff while meeting sales goals. This is a full-time position with evenings and weekends required in a store environment.

Qualifications
