Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of related experience in store management

Responsibilities

• Maintain outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with customers and provide assistance
• Complete and supervise the Management Training Program
• Hire and train an Assistant Manager with District Manager approval
• Manage and train store personnel with guidance from the District Manager
• Report payroll and scheduling to the District Manager weekly
• Control inventory shrinkage within company targets and maintain safety policies
• Keep the District Manager informed of sales performance, problems, and opportunities
• Oversee pricing, receipts, and reports according to policy
• Ensure efficient store operations, including opening hours and merchandising
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store areas and displays
