Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Take responsibility for store operations in Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per policies and manuals.
• Provide extraordinary service to customers as they enter and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
