Family Dollar is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales in Greenville, SC. You will manage daily operations, train staff, ensure compliance, and engage with the community while safeguarding assets.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, profitability, and adherence to corporate direction with opportunities to advance in retail leadership. The position requires physical stamina and reliable leadership skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
