Responsabilités

• Achieve weekly, period, and annual sales and profit targets.
• Discuss financial performance and budgets with store leadership.
• Direct planning and execution of merchandising and operations initiatives.
• Foster relationships with local community organizations that the store serves.
• Recruit, retain, and develop store staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; coach direct reports.
