Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, elevate sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while building a rewarding leadership career. You will coach assistants, manage daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling, partner with your District Manager on initiatives, and ensure policy compliance.

This role requires 6+ months of retail leadership and is a gateway to future leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
