Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, coach employees, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving store profitability.

You'll manage daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and compliance; recruit and develop future leaders; collaborate with the District Manager on launches and initiatives; and represent the AT&T brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with the District Manager to execute company initiatives and product launches.
