Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T authorized retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building a rewarding leadership career.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, merchandising, and staffing, coach future leaders, and collaborate with the District Manager on launches and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
