Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a busy automotive retail location. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with emphasis on sales leadership, service quality, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Assist customers for personal sales and complaints to retain loyalty.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license to operate customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive store sales.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty for teammates and company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.
• Schedule and assign staff according to skill level.
• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with developments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
