Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have tools and information to support company goals
• Interact with supervisor to seek guidance, coaching and direction and elevate issues as needed
• Understand and execute all operational and store sales activities to ensure targets
• Accomplish daily duties including accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps and bank deposits
• Take ownership of store controls including SOPs, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance
