FedEx Office in Tustin, California is seeking a Store Manager I/II to lead day-to-day operations, coach a team, and drive sales while upholding the Purple Promise. You will learn to manage financials, customer experiences, and store controls to propel growth toward higher-volume locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Associates Degree or some college preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience (retail, service, hospitality, military), prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members.
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have tools to support company goals.
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members.
• Take ownership of store controls including SOPs, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance.
• Interact with supervisor to seek guidance and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform daily duties including accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps and bank deposits.
