Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of direct store leadership experience preferred.
• Heavy lifting and standing for long periods are required; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and customer service at Macy’s; oversee store operations including selling, merchandising, events, and expense management.
• Coach and develop a team; drive attendance and weekend hours utilization.
• Ensure adherence to policies, inventory and shortage prevention; execute company initiatives across the store.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline colleagues; maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Provide leadership to achieve performance and customer experience goals.
