Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management and 5+ years in tire sales/services, with strong communication skills and independence. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience required.
• 5 years of experience in tire sales and services preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and team.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
• Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders while ensuring store compliance with company policies and laws.
• Supervise team members to follow procedures, promptly report and investigate incidents, and assist with sales calls and visits.
• Collaborate with manufacturers' reps for product information and ensure maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Set sales goals based on store budgets, manage pricing in line with company policies and competitors, and report financial data to Corporate.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance.
• Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
• Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee payroll, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations (Pomp's, OSHA, DOT).
• Manage safety equipment distribution and training programs.
• Perform other duties as needed
