Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ management experience in a customer service retail setting.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and lead teams.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience and drive store KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing employees; schedule and payroll control.
• Lead marketing initiatives, events, and loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain store presentation, POS access rights, and inventory accuracy.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; travel may be required.
