Job summary

Windsor seeks a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and manage a team of up to 25 associates in a fast-paced retail environment in Greenwood, IN. You will supervise loss prevention, staffing, training, and adherence to company policies to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or equivalent Windsor experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coach staff and serve customers with dignity

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store.
• Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Communicates well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Applies and coaches others on 4 Step Selling Techniques (sales training).
• Achieves personal and store sales goals; drives KPI performance.
• Ensures loss prevention procedures are followed and store safety is maintained.
• Delegates duties and trains staff to maintain high service levels.
• Maintains company visual standards and adheres to dress code policy.
