This full-time role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months at Windsor, strong leadership, and effective communication to deliver KPI goals and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Able to resolve issues with customers and associates; communicates well in groups and one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Applies and coaches others on 4 Step Selling Techniques
• Achieves Personal Sales Goals and KPI targets
• Follows Loss Prevention procedures and controls shrink and expenses
• Ensures store is staffed and trained to meet operations goals
