Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and operations with a focus on profitability and guest experience.

You will train and develop staff, manage performance, schedule shifts, and analyze sales trends to drive results. The role requires flexibility in hours, 50+ hours weekly, and on-call availability, with strong emphasis on coaching and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and MVR; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the team to deliver superior guest experience.
• Manage employee performance and schedule shifts to meet demand.
• Actively manage P&L and inventory by sales trends.
• Forecast and analyze payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
• Create an organized, process-oriented environment and communicate objectives.
