Trek Store West Chester is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and set the standard for exceptional customer experiences. You will manage budgets, coaching, and team performance while ensuring the store reflects Trek’s values and community focus.

Ideally you bring 2+ years in retail leadership, a love for bikes, and strong communication skills to mentor staff and deliver outstanding results for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a store setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
• Passion for bikes and customer-focused service.
• Proven ability to drive sales and store performance.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store performance through leadership on the floor and customer hospitality.
• Lead budgeting, financial reviews, and team coaching to hit goals.
• Oversee training, leadership meetings, and performance reviews.
• Maintain organized merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
