Your role includes overseeing staff training, budgeting, and store merchandising, ensuring a professional shopping experience. A passion for cycling and at least 2 years of retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of retail fundamentals, KPIs, profit & loss statements, and budgets.
• At least a year of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector.
• Ability to manage inventory, merchandising, payroll, and customer service efficiently.
• Passion for cycling and belief in its positive impact on the world.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
